One price, one library
We do not run tiers, add-on packs or "premium sport" upsells. Every subscriber sees the same grid. The only variable is how long you keep it.
Premium streaming worldwide, engineered for Canadian living rooms
StreamZen delivers premium live television, blockbuster films, full sports coverage and a deep on-demand library to households right across Canada. Seamless streaming, genuinely user-friendly access and affordable plans on any device — that is the whole proposition, and we have not felt the need to dress it up. See what it costs.
StreamZen began with a complaint everybody in this country recognises: a cable bill north of a hundred dollars a month for two hundred channels, ninety per cent of which nobody in the house had ever watched. The hardware was rented. The contract ran for two years. The picture still pixelated during the third period.
We took the opposite position on every one of those points. No rented box — you use the television, stick or computer you already own. No contract — you pay for a fixed term and nothing renews behind your back. No padded channel count you cannot actually reach — the CA$10.99 intro month opens exactly the same 34,000-channel grid as the annual plan.
What remained was the engineering problem: making 34,000 simultaneous live feeds arrive without stuttering on ordinary Canadian home broadband, from Regina to Halifax to Prince George. That is where our money goes.
We do not run tiers, add-on packs or "premium sport" upsells. Every subscriber sees the same grid. The only variable is how long you keep it.
Standardising on IBO Player means our technicians know the exact screen in front of you. Depth of support beats breadth of compatibility every time.
Support runs around the clock in English and French, staffed by people who can actually read a stream log — not a script-reading call centre.
We hold no card on file. When a term ends it ends, and you decide whether to come back. Our refund policy spells out the two exceptions where money moves back.
Streams are served from edge nodes across North America and Europe with automatic failover. If one node degrades, sessions move without the viewer noticing.
Adaptive bitrate logic reads the throughput your line is actually holding and steps quality up or down before a freeze can happen, rather than after.
A seven-day EPG is only useful if it is accurate. Guide data is refreshed continuously and mapped channel by channel rather than bulk-imported once and forgotten.
We provision for Saturday-night peak and the opening weekend of the hockey season, not for a quiet Tuesday average.
Our head office is in Regina, Saskatchewan, and our subscribers are everywhere: Toronto condo towers, Montreal duplexes, Vancouver basement suites, Winnipeg bungalows, Halifax flats and cabins with satellite internet outside Kelowna. Because delivery depends on your internet connection rather than on local cable infrastructure, the service behaves identically in a downtown high-rise and in a rural township. Full channel line-up here, and our reseller programme is open if you want to sell it on.
StreamZen operates as an independent reseller of IPTV subscription services. We do not host, record, transcode or originate any of the channels delivered through the platform; feeds are sourced from upstream providers and distributors. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their own viewing complies with the law where they live. Our DMCA and copyright policy sets out precisely how we handle notices from rights holders, and our terms of service govern every subscription.
The intro month costs CA$10.99 and opens the entire platform. That is the fastest way to judge any of this.
