Everything a Canadian household asks before subscribing
The answers below cover the ground our support team walks people through every day. If yours is not here, message us — a technician replies in minutes, not days. The short version: plans start at CA$10.99, there is one device per subscription, and the only app is IBO Player.
About the service
StreamZen is a premium IPTV subscription service for Canadian households. One subscription carries more than 34,000 live television channels and over 103,000 films and series, delivered over your existing internet connection through the IBO Player application.
There is no dish, no set-top box to rent, no installer appointment and no multi-year contract. You use hardware you already own, you pay for a fixed term up front, and nothing renews automatically.
No. Any standard Canadian home broadband connection works. A sustained 10 Mbps handles full HD; 25 Mbps is comfortable for 4K feeds.
Yes. StreamZen serves households in every province and territory — from St. John's to Victoria — because delivery depends only on your internet connection, not on local cable infrastructure.
Plans and payment
The new-customer intro month is CA$10.99. Standard plans are CA$15.99 for one month, CA$24.99 for three months, CA$39.99 for six months and CA$69.99 for twelve months — all in Canadian dollars.
The Try 1 Month plan at CA$10.99. It is a paid intro month that opens the complete service rather than a limited test line, it is billed once, and it does not renew. Every StreamZen plan is paid — we simply made the entry price very low.
Never. We do not keep a card on file. When your term ends the line simply stops until you place a new order.
Accounts are final once activated, with two exceptions: a verified outage of more than 72 consecutive hours, and duplicate charges. Full detail sits in our refund policy.
After you submit the order form, our team contacts you on WhatsApp to arrange payment through secure, common Canadian methods. No card details are collected on this website.
Channels and content
More than 34,000 live channels, plus 82,000 films and 21,000 series on demand. Counts move upward as feeds are added; we publish approximate figures rather than a frozen list.
Yes. NHL coverage sits in the sports tier alongside NFL, NBA, MLB, the Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, MLS, Formula 1, cricket, tennis and golf.
Yes, at no extra charge on every plan — including UFC numbered cards, WWE programming and scheduled pay-per-view events.
Yes. Quebec and Acadian broadcasters, French news, French sport commentary and French-language film channels are all carried, and this site has a complete French version.
Every channel carries a genuine seven-day EPG inside IBO Player, and supported channels keep seven days of catch-up and replay.
Devices and set-up
IBO Player, and only IBO Player. We support one client deliberately so our technicians know exactly what you are looking at when you ask for help.
Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android boxes, Roku (selected models), Windows and macOS computers, Android and iOS phones and tablets, MAG/STB receivers, plus the major web browsers.
One at a time per subscription. Households that want a second screen take a second line — ask support about multi-line pricing.
Typically under fifteen minutes from confirmed payment. Credentials arrive on WhatsApp and you add them via the IBO portal following our setup guide.
Yes. Contact support and we will move your authorisation to the new television, box or computer.
Support and legal
Twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year, in English and French, on WhatsApp. Average first reply is under nine minutes.
Report the channel name and our engineers rebalance or replace the source, usually the same day. Isolated source-side issues are normal across the industry; a whole-service outage is not, and our uptime sits at 99.99%.
StreamZen operates as a reseller of IPTV subscription services and does not host, record or originate content. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their own use complies with the law where they live. Our DMCA policy sets out how we handle rights-holder notices.
We collect only what is needed to activate and support your line, we never sell it, and we set out retention periods in full in our privacy policy.
